Background. Lichen planus ruber is a common inflammatory disease of skin and mucous membranes with chronic relapsing course, resistance to conventional therapy, diverse clinical manifestations capacity tumourisation. Dermatosis often comorbid various underlying gastrointestinal, cardiovascular illnesses endocrinopathies. Women are more impacted than men (ratio 1.4:1), the lasts from 5 40 years. Objectives. Assessment efficacy safety current therapies for lichen ruber. Methods. The PubMed, Web Science, Medline, eLibrary Scopus databases were mined randomised controlled studies on treatment this dermatosis in period 2014–2020, selected impactive publications within 1991–2012 also included review. following keywords used: [красный плоский лишай], systemic local drugs [системные и местные препараты], phototherapy [фототерапия], physiotherapeutic methods [физиотерапевтические методы лечения].
